The quality policy is understood as a specific guide to the design of customer-oriented and internal activities and processes. The principles of the quality policy declared by the management are:

    10. To enhance performance, efficiency, and safety, we prioritize assigning inspectors who are located near the inspection site whenever possible. This approach minimizes transportation-related risks, reduces travel time, and allows inspectors to focus on delivering accurate and high-quality inspection services.
    11. The safety and health of our employees and inspectors are of utmost importance to us. We are committed to providing regular training and guidance to ensure they work in a safe and proper manner. Furthermore, we equip them with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform their duties safely and efficiently, in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
